Sailing to Delos & Rhenia Islands: 8-hours
Sailing Yacht Cruise from Mykonos to Delos & Rhenia Islands (daily departures from 16. April - 16. October).
Meeting point is at 10:30 am at Tourlos, the new port of
Mykonos, located about 1,5 kilometer from Mykonos
Town. Once an overview of the sailing yacht and
important safety information are introduced, at 11:00 am
we set sail heading to Rhenia & Delos islands, the center
of the Cyclades and located few miles south-west of
Mykonos.
While sailing, the crew will be happy to show you how to raise and trim the sails as well as to steer the yacht,
weather permitting. During your journey through the beautiful scenery and the remarkable crystal blue
water of the Aegean Sea, you may chill out to the tunes of music of your choice and relax on deck
sunbathing and listen to an informative local history about the islands by our friendly crew.
After approximately 1 ½ hour, you will arrive at the uninhabited island of Rhenia, part of the historic Delos,
separated from the sacred island of Delos by just a small strait. Dropped anchor in a secluded bay
surrounded by crystal clear turquoise waters and with fine sandy beach, you have plenty of time to enjoy
your swimming, snorkeling or just sunbathing on the beach. Savor a light lunch on board of specially made
pasta prepared by our crew with beverages. Before sailing back to Mykonos, you may spend your afternoon
free strolling around the peaceful island.
The next stop is the archaeological site of Delos where you will have 1½ hour at your disposal to explore the
island. According to mythology, Delos is the birthplace of Apollo, god of daylight and of music, and his twin
sister Artemis, goddess of night light and hunting.
Since 1990 the whole island of Delos has been designated a World Cultural Property and is protected by
UNESCO. Visit the museum and walk up Mount Kynthos, which at 367 feet (112 meters) high you can enjoy
the stunning view of the surrounding Cycladic islands.
Embarkation to our sailing yacht at 05:00 pm and after offering a soft drink on board, we sail to Mykonos. On
the way back, we have fun raising the sails and playing with the waves. Expected arrival time in Mykonos is
at approximately 06:30 pm.

Price does NOT include: Entrance fees at the archaeological site of Delos, Licensed Guide at the archaeological site of Delos (optional & available upon request at additional charge), Extra beverages are available on board at additional charge, Beach towels, Pick-up and drop off service to/from the meeting point (available upon request at additional charge).

» Terms and Conditions: Reservations should be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled tour.
» Cancellation Policy: Cancellations can be made up to 48-hour prior to scheduled tour by written notice (100% refundable). Cancellations after that, including a no-show, are non refundable. • In case of bad weather condition, the the cruise will be postponed to an alternative offered date which you are compelled to accept, unless your stay is ended in Mykonos and no alternative date is available. Only in that case, you are entitled to receive full refund of the total fee.
Special Instructions:
Closed non-slip shoes (deck shoes/sports shoes) are an optional idea to be comfortable and for safety on board. Do not forget to bring your swim-suit, a sun hat, sunglasses, beach towels and plenty of sunscreen for protection from the sun. It is advisable to bring a wind-proof jacket in case of winds or cool months in early or late season.
NOTE:
Cases of pregnancy, mobility and healthy issues should be advised before reservation.
Licensed guide service at the archaeological site of Delos should be booked at least 48 hours before the cruise.
